1. Products

We sell digital ebooks and online video courses. No physical product is shipped. The name, details and price of each product are shown on the website.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by an authorised payment gateway (such as Razorpay or Cashfree) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
• We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price shown when you place the order applies.

3. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the access link to your product is sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp number within 24 hours (48 hours at most). See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Licence and copyright

• All content is the copyright of SahiKaam. Your purchase gives you a licence for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Copying, forwarding, reselling or publicly sharing the content is not allowed. Doing so may lead to your access being withdrawn without a refund and to legal action.

5. Information disclaimer

Our products provide educational information. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before starting any business or investment. SahiKaam is not responsible for any loss.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

In no case will our liability exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
